Yes, it offers wheelchair access. Sugar Beach is a great beach not too crowded but you have a great restaurant on the property. Kihei is a great place to be. It’s not too crowded but there is everything you need. The biggest problem with Sugar Beach is the environment. Many access points, there are long stretches of great beach and rock formations full of life and tidal pools. The pool is nice and heated and has hot tub.
