They are both hundreds of years old, but they stop physically aging at the age of maturity until they have a child-which they didn't have for a while after they were sealed underground-so biologically they are the same age. Papyrus is obviously a kid XD I think he's a lot younger than Sans, Luke 17. Asgore probably 37-38....Frisk is 5-6 and Asriel is 7, Chara I think the same age as Frisk.... gaster: who knows. Sans looks like he's in his mid-late 20s. He isn't very responsible nor does he practically do much except the bare minimum to scrape by. There is many more reasons I most likely forgot to put, but all in all it really adds up. I head canon ghosts as the oldest monsters but stuck at a point like Toriel and asgore.
