While I love Player/DM combined books, I am hoping they will release an independent monster manual/bestiary, whatever you want to call it. Adventure across the Continent, interacting with living legends and influencing the politics of the land! R. Talsorian did a traditional print run they were selling on their site. I could be a 100 year old Witcher or mage and still have a 10% to critically screw up? The Witcher Role-Playing Game is a pen-and-paper role-playing game being developed by R.Talsorian Games based on CD Projekt's Witcher universe. If there are further updates, we absolutely will update the PDF here. Like if there are any updates in the future, will the pdf be updated as well? This is version 1.3 of the file which equates to the second printing of the book. Read the books (when they finally translated the to English), and was waiting for this game to release. There isn’t a lot, but what is there is truly stunning!
Get the pdf from drivethroughrpg, which is actually updated, or wait for the updated edition to come out, probably not soon. I'm more interested in this book as a source book for other systems than for the system and core mechanics.
Can someone elaborate on the world details? The Trove is the biggest open directory of RPG PDFs on the Internet! Do not buy this RPG. The Witcher RPG Core Rulebook is excellent both in content and in story, true to the spirit of the Witcher. It is by far one of the worst ones I've played. I bought the book at GenCon. Anyone who has read the books will know what I mean.

Similar to d20, but with d10's instead and some variation that isn't present in the d20 system. Witcher, like the Cyberpunk RPG, uses the Interlock system which is at its core 1d10+Stat+Skill. Are you kidding?!

I'm going to hold off for now with the hope that it'll eventually go on sale. It is everything I wanted from printed material based on the Witcher. A PoD version probably won't be coming for a bit. Witcher Easy Mode was given away at stores worldwide as part of Free RPG Day 2019 and will be available as a free to download PDF on July 1st from DriveThruRPG. Been a fan of this franchise since the first game came out. So here's hoping that by the time that occurs the Dryad will have been covered in a companion or supplement. Ink smudges, the pages are thin, feel cheap and are easy to tear. decent basic worldbuilding info on the major countries, religions, etc. Honestly a fun read just for all the lore and tidbits in it alone, if you're as interested in the witcher as I am. However, it was delayed for a couple years and is now slated to be released during GenCon on August 2, 2018 and for multiple languages. There already is one. In the midst of the 3rd Nilfgaardian War Geralt of Rivia, the White Wolf, scours the Continent for traces of his lost love! A million other stories play out across the vast continent and you are right in the middle of one of them! Everything about this purchase was handled with the greatest amount of professionalism. 'Heh' represents a sort of brief laugh/chuckle. Anyone who has read the books will know what I mean. I guess that goes some way to explaining why they're a dying race :-) Awesome rulebook!
