This iPhone worked from Dec 2012 to about 2 days ago...This is our first (and probably last) iPhone but what the boss wants the boss gets right??? Unable to verify the account information in my iPhone with my outlook account Hello.
i spoke with microsoft and the issue was that the owa page was redirected.Make sure the user account is set to "Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent" in AD - User Properties - Security tab - Advanced Button.does the certificate name that you enabled for activesync match the server name you are putting in the mail profile on the iphone?This means you have a problem with your certificate which is why the phones are not working.
so I just migrated some of my users from Exchange 2003 to 2010, worked. BUT, I have a problem trying to get my ipad and 2 other staffs' to connect to web email.
i have tried the username alone along with the @domain.com but nothing, same error.

I was able to add another account to her iphone but not her own.To resolve the issue I logged into the EMC, selected her mailbox and chose the option "manage mobile phone". You've indicated that you remove the OWA redirection? I unlocked it, and voila! Just saves the info I inputted and won't sync up.

Help! When I learned of the password change, I looked in our Active Directory and sure enough, his account had been marked as "Locked".
As you described above I went into the EMC, removed their old iPhone partnership, had them delete whatever account they had tried to setup on the iPhone 5, start over and it verified their account.

Have you been unable to verify account name or password, or changed your keychain password and had issues with Apple mail and services such as Linkedin, Google, Flickr, Vimeo?
All the information is correct (e-mail spelling, username and password, Domain and Server, etc) but it keeps saying "Exchange Account - Unable to verify account information" Usually I just click Ok and it still gives me the options to select what I want to sync (Mail, Calendar, etc) and it still goes through.

Iphones that work have also been a mixture.I have done a reset network setting and even wiped a ipad but all with no joy.
