This was my first time ordering from Missguidedus and I received my clothes in a timely manner but the clothes looked really cheap. I bought something from this website, but decided to return the item.

I will never again use the website www.missguidedus.com. Received my stuff three weeks later and quality was way off, sizes were totally wrong and nothing fit! Customer Service. According to my tracking number- they did successfully received it. I sent everything back and later got a message stating that will get the money in a week.
I placed an order on Sat 23rd Nov and paid for express shipping hoping that I could receive by Fri 29th Nov. Missguided claims that express shipping takes 2-4 business days with AUD11. Last night I got a call from the number +[protected] and the name shows for the number as fazeer aussy the person called me and asked my name as exact as correctly.
Don't know what to do because their customer team simply ignores all of my inquiries. I don't know how.
They said that I have to send the both dresses back in order to get a refund.
I contacted the rep and asked to change the items, but the rep still hasn’t provided any precise reply.

All I get is a run around from their reps and their stupid computer generated emails! I have purchased two dresses from MissguidedUS and one dress was too small, so I emailed their customer support and asked for a refund. I have a feeling that the parcel might have been missing as there has not been any update on courier website. My order never arrived.
