So many areas of improvement for this facility. Would definitely recommend. The ER was amazing. I went in with chest pain and shortness of breath at around 1:15pm and didn't get discharged until 830!! So clean and everyone very helpful.
You should consider other options if you have the opportunity. Looking for Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ? 7 hours in the ER and no idea what the test results are or what is wrong with my son. When test results came back a day later they never called to say the assumed diagnosis was wrong, stop taking the medication. I'm currently staying here one of the nurses gave me a fuckin attitude cause I didn't want to wear a pouch around my neck with the heart monitor, I wanted to use the gown. VBAC, VBAC2 and natural twins delivered here daily! The nursing staff is so great. The staff was very accommodating, but the wait time is awful. Always found office staff and technicians friendly. I worked in a Emergency Room so I expected to be there for a few hours and possibly all day. My mother died at this hospital. Read below to understand my warning.My newborn baby was admitted to their critical care unit and I expressed some concern about his mouth being dry since he was not eating , the nurse told me they had some wipes or lollipops that she would check for to moisten the mouth. The covid protection protocol is being strictly enforced. Total waste of time and money. He said everything went perfect and to be honest I had not once ounce of discomfort or pain after the procedure. She walked away and I caught her bragging to some of the other nurses how proud she was of herself for "pulling that out of her ass to mom" She then, obviously, pretended to look for them.

That nurse stated it was most likely a stroke with her symptoms and she would be here for awhile to do some testing. All in all out of Emergency within two hours..The absolute worst hospital you can go to. , in particular, Kiera and Patti who were both just amazing.The staff from the greeter who helped me sign in to the woman who actually did the "I brought my son in who is 6 years old and was a little nervous you know due to the fact that he was getting tests done andno kid is excited about that and you're always wondering how they're going to handle it.the person who my son…""Dr Morgan was excellent, he had removed a fibroid that a previous doctor was not successful with. I might consider a Minute Clinic the next EKG.ER sucks ... always over an hour to get in, then 4-6 hours befOre you can leave!!! I was on the phone an hour getting transferred around to no avail. I saw several folks trying to get in with more then one and the rules were being enforced with friendly professionalism. They have got to come up with a much better system!! Customer Service deplorable.. As we speak I am involved in a matter of the fraudulently billing my insurance.I don't see too many truly beautiful hospitals.
