so i'm trying to do this quest, i've found the old standing stone just outside of riften, but there's no-one there. is there a hidden entrance or something i need to activate to get inside? n does anyone know of a way to solve this issue as I do not want to basically start the game again as I dnt have a second save in a good place. After getting 23 I cheked online on how to get the dark brotherhood quest to get the 24th and noticed I had to sleep for 24 hours so I could be contacted. After I get the armor I need to do the oath and the girl tells me to go wait by the gate until she opens it then go stand on the West circle, Ive been standing at the gate for about 20mins now and it is still not open.
