Strategy of the company seems to be work the great people they have to the bone, provide no direction other than “make money”, not invest in new talent (other than the aforementioned white, male mates), not try and retain existing talent (a “like it or lump it” approach) and provide no support in terms of great systems and processes or motivation. Thats the way to find the issues and make change.. well done guys!
