They are only a phone call or short walk away for any help needed with the cabin. My husband had the bison meat loaf and it was amazing! WiFi and parking are free, and this lodge also features a BBQ grill. Accessible changing rooms are available in the members area through the turnstile and the leisure pool changing rooms. Only reason for4 stars, is because it was a little pricey for a hamburger! Great atmosphere. We stayed in #33 which was very roomy for the 4 of us, however some friends were in #16 and they became the poker palace. We stood waiting to be acknowledged by what appeared to be a bartender. I was kind of hesitant since it was attached to a gas station but the food is top notch and so is the service. I've never been treated so poorly by a manager of a company that relies on customers hard earned money than here. Our Doc Holiday burger was delicious, high quality, big portions! For me, I will not be back.Call first to see if chef John is cooking. Also as a nurse I really appreciate the covid precautions they… They actually don't have menus and have screens with menus... they apologized but I loved it! I would have expected a little more upbeat and friendly greetings especially since we came and a slow time but, it was all good! With our newly renovated cabins, ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet in size, and highly distinctive decor, our accommodations are second to none. I personally had the steak, fish tacos, nachos, turkey club and prime rib. Easy to find Ponds Lodge Resort is within walking distance of the cabin - the Front Desk is there for you to pick up your cabin keys, ask for more soap, towels, etc.
