So, you did the quest to make the Rad Shield, you went to the chemical factory and did all the process to force strangler blooms to actually... bloom (or spawn, whatever).Now you are done, go back there later, and find none.
And because of Super Duper, I managed to end up with over 40 radshields.So if you have ingame friends. I did mine with a friend, and then we did it again with another friend.I was able to share Green Thumb and we both gathered two blooms for each node. The whole quest was to create a fertilizer that would force the Strangler Pods to bloom into Strangler Blooms. while the event is active, the strangler plants will actually bloom.
