I started my assigned readings this morning of chapter 2 and all went well ... skipped to chapter 7 as assigned and discovered Sage manufactured this book quite poorly—it is now just falling apart as I proceed to turn each page. If it's not counterfeit, then it is very poor quality.

So I have given it to a student of mine who is getting much more use out of it than I could.
Either way, I wouldn't recommend purchasing it from this seller. This book fell apart the first time I used it. He has authored numerous articles and 28 books on mixed methods research, qualitative research, and research design.
If specifically planning research within the educational system, I suspect this text could be very helpful.
