";s:4:"text";s:3635:" I have been satisfied with my two year residence at the Bixby Knolls Apartment complex I have chosen as my place of residence. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. We resided here for over 10 years and over all the leasing and maintenance staff were great. That's rare. The tenants are friendly and finding a place that takes pets can be challenging but this place is amazing.
We enjoyed our one year stay at Bixby Knolls aparment- we had the perfect unit, corner, first floor, steps away from the gate, and centralized AC! Bixby Knolls is a neighborhood in Long Beach, California. The ramps and elevator access assist in helping me to move in and around the complex. Its approximate boundaries are the 405 Freeway to the south (or Wardlow Avenue), Del Amo Blvd to the north (or the Southern Pacific railroad tracks), the Los Angeles River and the Lakewood city boundary to the west of Atlantic Avenue, south of Bixby Road.
The neighbors are wonderful.
The only thing that I had wrong was an electrical outlet that blew out a couple of weeks after I got here and soon after I informed the leasing office, it was replaced LICKETY SPLIT! I love this apartment building. Good neighbors and they seem respectful at all times. Homes for You Price (High to Low) Price (Low to High) Newest Bedrooms Bathrooms Square Feet Lot Size. Seems like they really care about the residents and their living environment. In addition the Maintenance crew has assisted in making my apartment handicap friendly to further assist in my care for her. I like living here. Cannot hear noise within the building and management is good and always responds.
The residence is always maintain to a high expectation and the rental office staff is always friendly and willing to help Anytime I have a request it is always answered courteously and promptly Please share any suggestions or comments: Maintenance tech is awesome in help us with any maintenance related issues. In all of my apartment living years, I have never been happier in an apartment as I am today. The maintenance here works hard to keep the grounds clean and the office staff is exceptionally fast, efficient and professional. He tries very hard to resolve the problems. Thank you all for your service. I am enjoying the community and the excellent response from the staff to accommodate my requests and concerns. The two Bixby Knolls schools (Longfellow Elementary and Hughes Middle) are nationally-ranked Blue Ribbon Schools. I love living here, very clean, staff is very friendly.
