replied back to the order confirmation email. Contacted support to cancel some of my upcoming pre-orders so I could hold off and get my rewards credits by buying them once they release, but I'm being told they can't reverse it until I'm charged. lol. And yes, like you, NSO helpline na ko for years! Should they be able to cancel both?UPDATE: I called and emailed again and again, but they got back to me 15 minutes ago, and my item had just shipped. The day after, I got a message confirming order cancellation.I have checked my card transactions and yes, I the charge was voided. haha.
Parang may mali naman sa DFA Cubao kasi as far as I know, child + 1 companion pwede magrenew sa courtesy lane. :xI cancelled an order via email a few weeks back and got a response the next day saying I'll receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I hope everything goes well.
lol. What I did to get an appointment is to check everyday kung may slot. But it’s still a lot better that the order was canceled so I can use the money somewhere else. I did not get a reply, but I did just send it about 12 hours ago.

I emailed them the same day I placed my order.I was unable to reply right away so they called spoke to me on the phone. Ugh!I was not expecting a refund but I still tried contacting NSO helpline to see if they can assist with order cancellation and getting my money back. I’m hoping we won’t have to go back to DFA Lucena to submit missing requirements.
